Tan Pham
President of Business Development
A seasoned construction professional with over 22 years of experience and a strong foundation in Architecture and Construction Management, Tan Pham has cultivated a distinguished career in the industry. Beginning as a union carpenter apprentice, Tan progressed through roles as a journeyman carpenter, foreman, superintendent, and ultimately evolved into project management. With a degree in Architecture and Construction Management, coupled with extensive hands-on field knowledge, Tan’s experience spans a wide range of projects, from tenant improvements to ground-up new construction, across various sectors including commercial, mixed-use, senior living, education, hospitality, and healthcare.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Tan co-founded TAK Builders to be dedicated to advancing quality project delivery, embracing challenges, and consistently delivering high-quality results. Known for a strategic approach to project management and a deep understanding of construction dynamics, Tan is a leader who inspires teams, fosters collaboration, and ensures the successful execution of complex projects, always focused on meeting clients’ needs
Armin Ghamari
President of Operations
Armin Ghamari has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began as an architectural draftsman, where he collaborated closely with architects and owners to develop permit and construction plans. Over time, Armin transitioned into the construction management field, leveraging his architectural background to ensure seamless project execution.
In 2002, Armin founded his own tile and flooring business, and since then, he has partnered to develop and co-founded TAK Builders as a general contractor to be the forefront of numerous commercial building projects. His extensive experience and approach have earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality results, meeting client expectations, and driving successful project outcomes.
Nancy Bai
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy Bai has been involved in the construction industry since 1996, bringing a diverse background in construction management, interior design, and international purchasing. She earned her contractor’s license in 2003, followed by an interior design certificate in 2005 and an accounting certificate in 2006. As TAK Builders’ Chief Financial Officer, Nancy’s deep understanding and experience in construction finances, coupled with her attention to detail, enable her to expertly manage and oversee complex project finances, consistently ensuring quality outcomes that align with diverse project budgets.
